What the Fuckidy fuck fuck fuck?!?!?!

I'm uploading my story and the damn thing takes wayy to long to upload. So I save the changes. (Mind you I waited a half an hour before I did this) and NOTHING CHANGED! WTF?!?! This is the second time this has done this to me! WTF, WTF, WTF?!?!?!?!
